- You can order from Playengine in any of the following ways:

On-line
By post
By telephone
By fax

- Prices of the products are shown in Pounds Sterling, Euro and US Dollar currencies. Euro and US Dollar prices are approximate prices only and are an aid to conversion. Pounds Sterling price is actual product price.

- All enquiries to Playengine will be responded to within 24 hours.

- The confirmation e-mail sent on acceptance of an on-line order is acknowledgement of receipt of the order only, and is not necessarily a confirmation of availability of the product.

- Every effort is made to dispatch each order placed before 2:00pm (on a working day), on a same day basis. We aim to deliver each order placed before 2:00pm, on a next working day basis.

- You have the right to cancel the order and reject the goods starting from the day of the contract and up to seven working days starting from the day after the goods have been received by you, the customer.

- If you choose to pay via Credit / Debit Card, your payment card will be debited as soon as you press the "Complete Payment" button in the secure Credit Card payment window.

- Your order will be charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP) to your Credit / Debit Card once your order is placed.

- VAT will be charged at a rate of 17.5% on all European orders.

- If you receive a faulty or damaged product within 7 days of purchase, Playengine will reimburse your return postal costs. The postal cost of faulty items returned outside of our 7 day return policy (within the manufacturer's warranty period) are paid by the customer.

- You can pay by MasterCard, Visa and JCB credit cards, as well as American Express, Switch, Solo and Delta debit cards.

- Order information is sent encrypted to Protx and all Credit Card transactions are processed and protected by them.

- You may also pay by cheque, postal order, cash by registered mail (at your own risk) or bank (BACS) transfer. Playengine account details will be made available for this purpose.

- UK orders are sent via Courier (48 hour before 5.30pm) or Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.

- European orders are sent via Courier on a 48 hour service.

- US orders are sent via Courier on a 2 to 3 business day service.

- Playengine makes every effort to deliver all items within the stated time. In the case of late delivery please contact us by phone, e-mail or fax.

- In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, i.e. it is faulty, of unsatisfactory quality or was supplied in error by Playengine; you are entitled to a replacement product or a refund within 7 days of purchase. Please phone or e-mail for details.

- If you would like to cancel an order, you will be refunded within 30 days of the date of cancellation. You will be required to return cancelled goods in your possession. If goods are not returned, a charge will be deducted from the refund to reflect the cost to Playengine for collecting the goods.

- If you wish to return an item we recommend using a secure delivery method that requires a signature on delivery.

- Data Protection: We will use your details for fraud prevention purposes. We will check your details with fraud prevention agencies and if you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this.

- These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

COMPLAINTS: - To register a complaint, please contact Playengine using the online form listed on the 'Contact' page. Please give details of your complaint including any relevant information such as dates, times etc.

- We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 1 working day.

- Every effort will be made to resolve complaints within as short a time as possible. Actual time will depend on nature of complaint and co-operation of third party, if applicable.

- You will be kept updated throughout the process.

Playengine Experience Voucher Terms:

Playengine experiences are offered in association with The Activity Superstore Limited.

Insurance

Where applicable, the price of the voucher includes the cost of providing you with personal accident insurance cover. This insurance cover is only included if indicated on your voucher and is not available for experiences that take place abroad. Full details of insurance cover are included in your infopack.

Voucher validity

Vouchers are valid for a minimum of nine months. Please check the season of your experience, as this may be shorter than the voucher validity. You will find the expiry date printed on the voucher. You must book and complete your experience prior to the expiry date. If you are unable to redeem your voucher within the validity period, the voucher can be extended for a period of up to six months. A voucher can only be extended once and must be done while the voucher is valid. Extended vouchers cannot be refunded. A £15 administration fee is payable if you choose to extend your validity. If our website price has increased, you will also be required to pay the difference.

Exchanges

You may exchange the voucher for one of the other experiences from our website. A supplement will be payable if the chosen experience costs more than the original experience, but if your chosen experience is cheaper, we will hold the difference as a credit against another voucher. Should you exchange your voucher, both credit and exchanged voucher hold the original expiry date.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your voucher pack, please call us within 28 days of purchase and we will happily arrange a full refund upon receipt of your voucher. Refunds will be made payable to the purchasers credit card and no interest will be paid on the amount to be refunded. Refunds cannot be issued once a date has been booked with a supplier.

Suppliers

Experiences are provided by suppliers who are neither employed by, nor acting as agents of, Activity Superstore. Although they have visited many of the suppliers, they are unable to examine all the equipment or facilities of every single supplier, nor are they able to vet every single one of their employees. Consequently, Activity Superstore cannot accept liability for any act or omission or negligence of a supplier, nor any other liability arising out of the provision of the experiences to you. Activity Superstore does not accept liability for damage to property or consequential loss or injury of any kind, except where death or injury is caused by the negligence of Activity Superstore or its servants or agents. In no circumstances shall Activity Superstore’s total liability for any claim exceed the price of the voucher or product supplied. Experiences are provided by the supplier subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions, a copy of which will be made available to you on request. You may be required to send your voucher to the chosen supplier to confirm your booking in advance: if so we recommend you keep a record of your voucher number and use registered post, as your voucher is a valuable document. Customers should also note that your voucher must be presented on the day, in order to participate in the experience. If lost, we regret that vouchers cannot be replaced.

Age, size and health restrictions

For safety reasons, some experiences have certain size, age and health restrictions. Unless otherwise stated the minimum age for any experience is 14. You are required to notify Activity Superstore and/or the Supplier of any relevant medical condition. Their Customer Contact Centre can advise of any restrictions at the time of purchase and/or booking.

Experience timings

These are given as a guide only, and you may be required to wait between different elements of the experience alongside other participants.

If your experience is changed or cancelled by Activity Superstore

If Activity Superstore cancel your experience, they will tell you as soon as possible, and do their very best to offer an alternative date or location. If specific celebrities or vehicles are featured but are not available on the day for reasons beyond their control, they will try to find the best possible replacement. If this is not possible, they reserve the right to cancel your experience at short notice and re-book you. They reserve the right to reschedule the timings or location of any experience owing to unavailability of the experience, insufficient numbers making the experience unavailable, and other factors beyond their control.

Activity Superstore reserve the right to discontinue an experience, venue, or individual supplier at their own discretion. They will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative experience of the same value, however, if not your voucher will be refunded in full. If you wish to exchange for an alternative experience of a higher value, you will be expected to pay the difference in price.

Activity Superstore also reserve the right to make minor changes to your experience. Examples of minor changes include car specification, or order of experiences on a particular day.

If you need to cancel or change your experience booking

You should contact Activity Superstore immediately if you need to change or cancel your booking. They will do their best to fill the allocated space and avoid supplier cancellation charges, but if they are unable to do so, you may lose your booking. Supplier cancellation policies vary. You will be advised by Activity Superstore if you can rebook through the cancellation cover.

If you need to cancel your experience because of accidental injury/illness to yourself, or a death in your immediate family, it may be possible to re-arrange your experience on presentation of a medical or death certificate.

Weather

Some experiences, notably flying, may be cancelled due to weather conditions, mechanical failure, or for other reasons beyond our control. If your event is cancelled because of the weather, you will be able to rebook for a date on which you are able to attend. Activity Superstore is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or other incidental expenses incurred by you in attending an experience, which is cancelled for any reason.

In case of problems

In case of a problem, please speak to the experience provider on the day, so they have the opportunity to resolve any problems there and then. Any other complaints should be addressed with the customer service department at Activity Superstore, who will take up the problem with the supplier on your behalf.

Prices

We reserve the right to change prices without notice, provided we inform you before the order has been dispatched and payment has been taken. Vouchers will not be issued until payment is collected in full. Prices on our website are inclusive of VAT.

Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999

A person who is not named on the face of the experience voucher or experience purchase letter has no right under the Contracts (Rights of third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any terms and conditions of booking.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and are governed by and in accordance with English law. The purchaser and Activity Superstore agree that any problems fall under the jurisdiction of the English courts. All the clauses and sub clauses in our terms and conditions are independent of each other. If one clause or sub clause is invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other clause or sub clause.
