What does 'next day delivery' mean? Do i get my parcel the next day? |

Items that specify a 'Next Day' delivery will be despatched the same day provided the order is received by 2:00pm. The 'Next Day' delivery service is provided by Parcel Force. There are occasional busy periods such as Christmas where the 2:00pm rule cannot be adhered to due to sheer volume of orders. In these cases orders can incurr an extra days delay.
