Playengine currently deliver to UK, Europe and US locations. Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 and delivery should be expected in 2 to 3 working days from receipt of order. UK orders are despatched via Parcel Force or Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. All orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day (Monday to Friday), will be despatched on a same day basis.
For British Forces BFPO addresses, please ensure registered country is UK and then select BFPO delivery option on checkout:
UK Deliveries: Parcel Force will deliver as standard on a two working day basis. Their service excludes weekends. Therefore, orders placed on Friday before 2:00pm, will be delivered on Tuesday. A Saturday Delivery service is available, at extra cost. Parcel Force will deliver between 9:00am - 5:30pm on a working day. Goods can be shipped to a different delivery address. However, you must enter the registered Credit / Debit Card Holder's address correctly as the billing address of your order. This must be the address your Credit / Debit card company holds on its records. We recommend that you only set a different delivery address as a clearly defined work address (with company name where applicable). Due to the dangers of Credit Card fraud, alternate shipping addresses that are residential addresses may delay the despatch of your order as we confirm your details. If you are out when your order is delivered, Parcel Force will leave a calling card on their first delivery attempt. They will then reattempt delivery the following day. If no one is still available, your parcel will be returned to your local depot and await your arranging of a convenient day for delivery (excluding weekends) or arranging a pick-up from your local depot. Parcel Force will hold your parcel for a maximum of 5 working days, before returning it back to us. European Deliveries: Playengine deliver to the following European countries:

Delivery is by Parcel Force and is a 48 hour service. US Deliveries: Delivery to the US is via Federal Express and is priced as follows:
Delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. US delivery price includes any customs and duties costs which will be the responsibility of Playengine. Our return policy is as follows: - Standard 7 day return policy: if you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 7 days of receiving it, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. We understand you will have to take your purchase out of its box to try it, but the product must be returned in the condition it was received (with any media removed). We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a 10% restocking fee if they are not in a resalable condition when returned. - Manufacturer's warranty: out with this 7 day period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is typically 1 year. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us via the ‘Support’ area of our website. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced with a new product. If the product you purchased is no longer available, you will be provided with a new product of equal or superior value. - In order to return a product, please go to the ‘Support page’ and submit a support request choosing ‘Problem with my order’ and include a brief description of the problem and include your order number. Your order number can be found within your account.
