Facilities vary from one location to another but generally include: swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room, solarium and gym. You can even enjoy an aerobics session if this is on offer at your chosen location. Crèche facilities are available at some locations.

Your treatment will last approximately 30 minutes, the leisure facilities are available all day.

What do I need to know?

Please inform us of any skin allergies or medical conditions that may affect you taking part in this activity on booking. A health check will be required which may result in the centre requesting a medical certificate.To participate in this activity you must be at least 18 years old

How many is it for?

The treatment will be on a one-to-one basis with your therapist, however there will be other people utilising the health club facilities.

Can I take family and friends?

You are welcome to take a friend to utilise the health club facilities with you on the day
