This service is terrible, I placed an order on the 19th Aug and to date have still not receieved anything, I have made various phone calls and left various messages and email and no one has had the decency to return any of these. -

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Looks highly profesional and good site but only at taking your money. Have been waiting two months for goods with no reply to e-mails or answerphone messages, Got money to give away? well buy from Elmo as you wont get anything -

Don't use these peole.
Placed an order and received an automatic acknowledgement, then nothing - no goods, none of the promised email updates, no reply to emails, phone diverted to an answering service that is full of messages and won't accept new ones.
