I tried to buy 2 pairs of boots online. When I entered my card details I was told they were incorrect - I then entered them again several times. In the end they said my card was invalid. The next morning my bank phoned to say Aldo had taken £153 from my account twelve times. I spent 2 days... -

appalling - sent wrong order, was asked to send back prior to being sent out correct and was told that package sent back never arrived - very poor, if any contact via phone or e-mail, then none at all so I was left to pursue compenstion for items through post office - would never, ever use again.
